A 19-year-old NEET aspirant, Sheik Sana, died by suicide in Hyderabad on June 20, one day before her re-examination. Police found a note stating no one was responsible. She had previously failed NEET and was under intense academic stress. Her father works in Kuwait; her mother was away. This follows multiple similar suicides after the May exam was cancelled due to a paper leak.
