Minor Girl's Body Found in Jamshedpur School: Rape and Murder Suspected

On Saturday morning, panic spread in the campus of Rajkiya Madhyamik Vidyalaya located in Sopodera under Parsudih police station area of Jamshedpur when the body of a minor girl was recovered from the school premises. Seeing the condition of the body, local people have expressed apprehension that the girl was raped and murdered. However, police have not officially confirmed this yet and the case is being investigated seriously.

According to information, Sulakshana Shandilya, the operator of the Anganwadi center running in the school campus, reached the center in the morning. During this time, her eyes fell on a girl lying unconscious in the campus. Upon going closer, it was found that the girl had already died. Information about the incident was immediately given to the panchayat representatives and Parsudih police station.

As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and cordoned off the entire area and started the investigation. The body has been taken into custody and sent to MGM Hospital for postmortem.

Despite considerable efforts, the identity of the deceased has not been established yet. Police are scanning the information of missing girls registered in nearby police station areas.
