Indonesian Journalists' Detention During Gaza Aid Flotilla Condemned

The Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI) Indonesia condemned Israel's detention of four journalists during the Global Sumud Flotilla 2.0 interception near Cyprus, calling it a grave violation of press freedom. The journalists were reporting on a humanitarian mission to Gaza. AJI demanded their immediate release, citing international law. The Committee to Protect Journalists also called for their release. Over 50 vessels were intercepted, drawing international condemnation.
