UAE President Warns Netanyahu Hamas Operation

According to Israeli media, UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about a planned Hamas operation ten days before the October 7, 2023 attack. The report, published by Haaretz, states that bin Zayed alerted Netanyahu to Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar preparing a major operation. Netanyahu reportedly responded calmly, suggesting the threat might come from the West Bank. Hamas killed around 1,200 people during the attack. Netanyahu's office denied the report, calling it an absolute lie, and rejected calls for a government inquiry.
