TGSPDCL Staff No Leave During Ganesh Chaturthi in Hyderabad

Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGSPDCL) has announced that no routine leave will be granted to its staff during the ten-day Ganesh Chaturthi festival in Hyderabad, starting September 14. Managing Director Jitesh V Patil emphasized 24×7 vigilance, requiring staff to coordinate between substations and control rooms. Senior officials have been deployed across key locations including Tank Bund and Charminar. The power board has set up 24-hour control rooms, emergency response teams, and standby generators at all pandals and immersion sites to ensure uninterrupted power supply during the celebrations.
