The Telangana State Human Rights Commission ordered the government to upgrade school infrastructure after reporting missing toilets and classrooms. Headed by Dr Justice Shameem Akther, the body urged rapid action, recommending reports from district officers and compliance within six months. Shortfalls threaten student safety, health, and dignity, especially in Adilabad, Jungaon, Nalgonda, and Suryapet where some pupils sit under trees today.
