Muslim Garment Hawkers Attacked in Muzaffarnagar Colony for Alleged Identity Verification

Two Muslim hawkers, Aamir Malik and Javed, were allegedly beaten in Muzaffarnagar after being asked to prove their identity. The victims had gone to sell clothes in Vasundhara Colony. Locals reportedly assaulted them upon learning they were Muslims. Police intervened, provided medical aid, and are investigating the case. No final statement has been issued yet.
