Bombay High Court: Declaring Babri Masjid Should Not Have Been Demolished Isn't Anti-National

The Bombay High Court ruled that saying the Babri Masjid should not have been demolished is not anti-national. Justice Madhav Jamdar quashed an externment order against an SDPI member. He noted that citizens have the right to hold different opinions. The court said fundamental rights cannot be restricted based on speculation. Selective legal action against specific groups is not allowed.
