High Court upholds UAPA charges against eight in Kanhaiya Lal murder case
The Rajasthan High Court dismissed pleas by eight men charged in the killing of tailor Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur and backed the terror charges framed by a special court now. The court said a plot can be proved with indirect proof and judges need not decide guilt at this stage since claims will be tested in full trial in court.
