Gujarat: Deadly Road Accident in Vadodara Claims 6 Lives, Injures 31

On Wednesday morning, a tragic road accident occurred in Vadodara, Gujarat. A luxury sleeper bus collided violently with a parked truck near Kotambi Stadium. The impact severely damaged the front of the bus, trapping several passengers. Six people, including a 9-year-old child, were killed, and 31 passengers sustained injuries. The bus was traveling from Banswara, Rajasthan, to Surat when the accident occurred. Rescue teams, including SDRF, NDRF and fire brigade, responded immediately, extracting trapped passengers and rushing them to hospitals. Treatment of the injured is ongoing. The accident caused traffic disruptions and a long queue on the road. Police are investigating the causes.
