Uttarakhand: Nagrasu Gurudwara Standoff Concludes After Negotiations with Nihang Sikhs

A three-day standoff at Nagrasu Gurudwara in Uttarakhand ended peacefully after negotiations. Nihang Sikhs who occupied the shrine since June 20 vacated and left for Punjab following talks with officials and Sikh representatives. The group secured assurances of lenient legal handling and case transfer to Haridwar. The standoff stemmed from arrests after a violent clash in Chamoli district.
