SC Directs High Court to Prioritize Azam Khan's ED Arrest Plea
On Thursday, November 5, the Supreme Court asked Azam Khan to go to the Allahabad High Court about his arrest. The ED had arrested him outside Rampur Jail on October 31. The court asked the High Court to hear the case on priority on November 16 and allowed his lawyers to amend the petition. It expressed no view on merits.
